Thanks to co-financing from the budget, Perm neighbourhood associations will build parks, sports fields and children's playgrounds in different neighbourhoods.
During the meeting of the city commission for initiative projects there were discussed proposals from Perm neighbourhood associations. The meeting was chaired by Alexander Molokovskikh, Head of the Mayor’s Office, Acting Deputy Head of the Perm Administration. A total of 20 projects were submitted to the commission for consideration.

This year 22 million rubles have been allocated from the city budget to finance the initiative projects.
During the discussion, the members of the commission, including representatives of the Perm City Administration, Perm City councillors and experts, decided to support 13 initiative projects.
Thus, several recreational facilities, play spaces and accessible playgrounds will shape various neighbourhoods in all city districts..
